OG-369 COLD BOND RUBBER CEMENT & HARDENER

ABL OG-365 is a chloroprene-based, two-part cold-bonding, fast-curing rubber cement designed for repairing, splicing, and fabricating rubber conveyor belting, parts, and sheeting. It is also suitable for bonding rubber linings to steel, fiberglass, concrete, polyurethane, and wood.

When mixed with “OG” hardener, this CFC-free, FDA-compliant adhesive provides high-strength adhesion for both static and dynamic applications, without requiring heat, pressure, or specialized equipment.

ADHESION PROPERTIES:

  • Optimum adhesion is achieved with proper surface cleaning and roughening.
  • Typical shear strength: Over 500 lbs for rubber-to-rubber, rubber-to-fabric, and fabric-to-fabric bonds.
  • Maximum peeling load for rubber-to-grit-blasted steel: Up to 80 lbf-in.

COVERAGE:

  • Color Options: Amber Natural, Black, White
  • Mixing Ratio: 100:4.5 (F-hardener is 4.5% by cement weight)
  • Contact Open Time: 3 to 5 minutes
  • Consistency: Viscous Brushable liquid

OPERATING TEMPERATURE RANGE:

  • Rubber to Metal: -40°C to 100°C (-40°F to 212°F)
  • Rubber to Rubber: -40°C to 80°C (-40°F to 176°F)
  • Rubber to Fabric: -40°C to 80°C (-40°F to 176°F)

STORAGE

Shelf life is two (2) years when unopened and stored between 15°C to 25°C (60°F

to 77°F) in a cool dry dark place away from heat, sparks, and flame. Protect from freezing.
