Teflon-Coated Release Fabric Reusable Conveyor Belt Splicing – ABL-BLKRP

ABL Teflon-Treated Multi-Use Release Fabric

ABL Teflon-Treated Multi-Use Release Fabric is a premium reusable release material designed for hot vulcanized rubber conveyor belt splicing. It serves as a protective barrier between uncured rubber and the vulcanizing press, preventing adhesion and improving rubber flow during curing. This fabric is suitable for step splicing, finger splicing, and steel cord splicing across all conveyor belt compound types.

Features:

  • Extends the working life of belt splices.
  • High-temperature resistance up to 500°F (260°C).
  • Reusable for 12+ splice cycles (lifespan varies based on handling and environment).
  • Enhances rubber flow during curing, ensuring optimal splice quality.
  • Prevents splice surfaces from sticking to the press.
  • Compatible with Natural Rubber (NR), Polyisoprene (IR), Styrene-Butadiene (SBR), Polybutadiene (BR), and Polychloroprene (CR/Neoprene) rubber belt splices.
